This is an honor system, and this voucher is intended for a single design.
I ask that you purchase a voucher for each design you wish to have tattooed.

Your tattoo artist may need to make adjustments to the original piece to work with your body.
If they require a larger or higher resolution image for reference, please have them email me: tattoo@drmoth.com
I also ask that you and your artist give me credit for the design in any posts shared online.

A digital copy of your tattoo voucher will be sent via link that is available for 24 hours after the first download.
Your tattoo artist may require proof of artistic release of the design.
Please use your receipt and the digital copy of your voucher as proof of purchase / artistic release.
